At the crossroads of some of Paris’ major avenues, just a short walk from the famous Place de la République, 23 Jules Ferry is a 19th-century building that harmoniously blends Haussmann style with industrial art. It was previously a distillery.
In 2001, the redevelopment of the building at 23 boulevard Jules Ferry was entrusted to the architects Richez Associés.
The office platforms, set out around a patio with a glass roof, offer welcoming, modular workspaces for your staff.
Your teams will benefit from natural light across all three of the building’s floors.
The Place de la République area is undergoing a regeneration: this iconic, open living environment, at the heart of a vibrant and attractive neighborhood, is home to numerous local stores, theaters and a wide selection of shops.
