  • Gecina's commitment is to reduce emissions from our buildings in operation by 55% by 2025 compared with their 2019 level. And we will continue our efforts until we reach an incompressible level by 2030.

This target includes all energy consumption in the building, including that of private areas and buildings technically managed by our customers.

  • To help our customers with the tertiary sector decree, we :

    • Organise meetings to discuss energy management and compare the consumption of their buildings with similar establishments.
    • Provide the data they need for their declarations, such as consumption percentages for communal areas.
    • Work closely together to improve energy efficiency and decarbonisation, in particular by drawing up the Master Plan required by the DEET.
  • At 31 December 2022, 87% of our buildings were labelled, and we are aiming for between 93% and 96% by 31 December 2023.
These standards, such as HQE, BREEAM and LEED, establish a high level of environmental quality and facilitate collaboration between all the stakeholders in a building around a common language.
They help to improve environmental performance and employee comfort. Our customers appreciate the validation of these performances by an independent auditor. Our long-term goal is to have 100% of our portfolio certified.
