Information on the processing by Gecina of the personal data of its users in the context of the use of the Site

What are the legal bases for this processing?


The processing of the personal data of the Users of the Site by Gecina, within the framework of the operation of the Site, is based on the consent of the Users.

 

How long is User data kept?


The data of the Site's Users is kept for a limited period corresponding to the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with the regulations in force, and the respect of legal, contractual, fiscal and social obligations and for the defence of Gecina's legitimate interests.

Users' requests will be dealt with as quickly as possible, and in compliance with the deadlines set out in the regulations. User data is strictly confidential and cannot be freely transferred to a third party.

Gecina processes your Data in a confidential manner for the use of the Site's services.
