  • We offer :  

    • Commercial leases: contracts of between 3 and 9 years for the rental of offices or retail premises. They are renewable for successive periods of 3 years.  
      It is also possible to take out a lease for a shorter period, known as a derogatory lease. Do not hesitate to share your project with us so that we can study it together. 
    • Service contracts: this type of contract can be complementary to the commercial lease, when you opt for additional services (catering, IT, maintenance of private areas, etc.).
      The Yourplace offer of operated offices is also covered by a service contract.
