COOKIES AND TRACERS POLICY

You can choose at any time to express and modify your wishes with regard to cookies on our Site by clicking here.

When you visit our Youfirst Bureau Prospect Portal Site (hereinafter the ‘Site’), information may be stored in ‘cookie’ files installed on your computer, tablet or mobile phone.

This page explains what a cookie is, what it is used for and how it can be configured. We reserve the right to modify this page at any time, in particular to comply with applicable regulations.

1. What is a cookie?

Cookies are text files deposited on your terminal when browsing the Site, often carrying a unique identifier. A cookie is likely to be stored, subject to your choices, in a dedicated space on the hard disk of your terminal, when you consult an online service using your browser software.

A cookie file enables its issuer to identify the terminal in which it is stored, for the duration of the cookie's validity, and to collect and/or record information about the terminal, including personal data.

When you browse the Site, a ‘cookies’ banner appears to inform you about the cookies that may be installed and to obtain your consent where necessary. There are two main types of cookies:

Strictly technical cookies, necessary for the operation of the Site, which are always placed on your terminal. These cookies do not require your consent;

Cookies for audience measurement, tracking your browsing, personalising content and advertising cookies may be placed on your terminal if you have given your consent by clicking on ‘Accept’. The processing of your Data, collected thanks to these cookies, is therefore based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clicking here.

Cookies can be either persistent or temporary. A persistent cookie is a text file sent by a web server to a web browser and stored by the latter. A persistent cookie remains valid until the set expiry date (unless the user deletes it before the expiry date). A temporary (or ‘session’) cookie expires at the end of the user's session, when the web browser is closed. Our site uses both temporary and persistent cookies.
