Way of life

Experiencing the vibrant rhythm of Paris, embracing art on a daily basis, sharing special moments... YouFirst is much more than the ideal office: it's the choice of a desirable destination in perpetual motion. Our promise is to arouse emotions, cultivate creativity and celebrate the heritage of French art de vivre.

Horizons

The art of pleasing yourself

The experience begins with exceptional addresses in the heart of the capital. Whether you're an art lover, film buff, literary scholar, fashion enthusiast or fan of fine dining, your neighbours will enhance your daily life in iconic locations, such as Opéra Garnier, Place Vendôme, the Champs-Elysées, Les Invalides or Le Bon Marché. Opening up so many opportunities for your business meetings and after-work parties. Paris will always be Paris.

Place Vendôme

The art of inspiring you

Collective performance is about inspiration and discovery. Our buildings, the work of great architects, are jewels of Parisian heritage, steeped in history and storytelling. In partnership with the École des Beaux-Arts, we infuse them with an artistic soul that enriches the employee experience and celebrates our commitment to culture.

Horizons

Artist Manon Gignoux, a graduate of the Beaux-Arts in Paris, has set up her temporary studio in Horizons to create a unique work of art, creating a warm and captivating atmosphere for the building's occupants. ‘Gestes, couleurs’ now hangs 21 m high in the lobby.

10-12 Vendôme

With its emblematic façade on Place Vendôme and its 18th-century mansions, the building provides a prestigious setting for Chaumet, its main occupant. 10-12 Vendôme is also famous for being the last residence of Frédéric Chopin.

35 Capucines

The former studio of photographer Nadar, the birthplace of the 1st Impressionist exhibition in 1874, is undergoing renovation. Art is kept alive here, as evidenced by the XXX exhibition and the Off-White autumn-winter 2024-2025 fashion show.

Architecture

Jean Nouvel, Philippe Chiambaretta, Valode et Pistre and many others have put their innovative vision into the architecture of our buildings, shaping the urban landscape.

Art

In 2024, 51 young Beaux-Arts talents brought our spaces to life with a dozen artistic works, marking the start of a rich artistic collaboration!

History

Our buildings are the guardians of stories that have woven the history and culture of Paris, continuing to enrich and inspire the life of the city.

Exciting art

It's possible to feel good in the places where we live and want to stay with colleagues or invite clients: imagine a cocktail party on a rooftop with spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower, or a gala dinner in the hidden courtyard of the Vendôme Gardens...
These are precisely the memorable interludes we offer, with experiences that are constantly renewed.
