Built in 1935 by the architects Fernand Leroy and Jacques Cury, 37 rue du Louvre is an iconic building in Paris' 2nd arrondissement, designed as a blend of industrial and functional. Formerly known as the "flagship of the press", this iconic building elegantly combines history and modernity. It's an inspiring work environment, where the prestige of the past meets contemporary high standards.

Generous, bright spaces

With its thirteen floors, 37 rue du Louvre offers spacious, modular workspaces that are flooded with natural light thanks to the large period windows. The refurbishment that began in 2009 has preserved the elegance of the original architectural features, like the bas-reliefs on the ground floor, while modernising the building to suit new ways of working together.

A strategic location and ease of access

37 Louvre is located in a vibrant area, close to some of Paris' greatest cultural attractions, such as the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Garden and the Centre Pompidou.

Located just 2 minutes from the Louvre-Rivoli station and 6 minutes from the Les Halles transport hub, 37 rue du Louvre is ideally situated for easy travel throughout Paris and beyond.
