At the heart of the Sentier district in Paris, the Haussmann-style private mansion of Saint-Fiacre was fully refurbished in 2024.

Ideally located between Place de Bourse and the Grands Boulevards, Saint-Fiacre has a unique history. A favourite of King Louis XV, Jeanne Poisson, better known as the Marquise de Pompadour, once lived there. From the time of that illustrious resident, the building has kept its 18th-century cut stone façade, a listed monumental staircase with a wrought iron banister, and paved inner courtyards.

Behind its rich historical heritage, this property complex of three connected buildings alternates between classic and modern. The interior fittings add a contemporary touch, for extra comfort and efficiency.

When it comes to access, Bonne Nouvelle and Sentier stations are just a 3-minute walk away. There are Vélib' bike-sharing stations a stone's throw from the building.

Commitments, labels and certifications

Discover our commitment to high environmental quality:
As part of our CAN0P-2030 (Carbon Net Zero Plan) commitment, we're aiming for carbon neutrality by 2030. Since 2017, we've already reduced our CO₂ emissions by 40%. To go even further, we've rolled out an energy sobriety plan to optimize energy consumption in all our buildings, with the help of our Energy Manager from Advizeo, and our maintenance teams.
The key initiatives of this plan are
• Task forces active since July 2022, helping make energy savings on each site of between 10 and 35%.

• Real-time monitoring platform: continuous consumption watch via remote monitoring and temperature sensors, with instant adjustments where required.

• Optimized temperature recommendations: 19°C in winter, 26°C in summer across all workstations, reduced to 14°C if unused.

This initiative allows us to make progress toward our goal of carbon neutrality while effectively reducing our energy footprint.
The building performances
Energy consumption: 131.8 kWh/m²/year (group target: 125kWH/m² by 2030).
