Located at the very heart of the business district, 62 Lisbonne is a former private mansion house built for Jules-Emile Boivin at the end of the 19th century.

This is a great work environment and a pleasant place to be, with a view over Parc Monceau. 

 

An elegant fusion of two periods 

To maximise the value of this rare property complex, the Béchu & Associés agency was chosen to carry out the restructuring in 2007. Their work has brought together two periods and styles: a 19th-century private mansion house and a renovated Art Deco structure, forming a harmonious and contemporary whole. The building is remarkable for its façade of stone, metal and glass, and has room for up to 900 workstations. 

 

A haven of nature 

The building offers a peaceful environment surrounded by greenery thanks to the planted terraces, the inner courtyard, the green wall acting as an extension of Parc Monceau, and a magnificent atrium. 

 

Accessibility and green mobility 

62 Lisbonne is just two stops away from the Étoile and a 15-minute walk from Saint-Lazare station. The Monceau and Courcelles metro stations are five minutes away via the park. Secure bike parking is provided to encourage soft mobility. 

A wide range of restaurants, bars, cafés and cultural attractions such as the Jacquemart-André Museum or the Camondo Museum make for a vibrant neighbourhood.

As part of our CAN0P-2030 (Carbon Net Zero Plan) commitment, we're aiming for carbon neutrality by 2030. Since 2017, we've already reduced our CO₂ emissions by 40%. To go even further, we've rolled out an energy sobriety plan to optimize energy consumption in all our buildings, with the help of our Energy Manager from Advizeo, and our maintenance teams.
The key initiatives of this plan are:
• Task forces active since July 2022, helping make energy savings on each site of between 10 and 35%. 

• Real-time monitoring platform: continuous consumption watch via remote monitoring and temperature sensors, with instant adjustments where required. 

• Optimized temperature recommendations: 19°C in winter, 26°C in summer across all workstations, reduced to 14°C if unused. 

This initiative allows us to make progress toward our goal of carbon neutrality while effectively reducing our energy footprint.
