The site’s very good carbon performance (in comparison, Gecina’s average office stock stands at 9 KgCO2/m²/year) is thanks to the building’s use of low-emission energy sources: green electricity from renewable sources, urban heating network for heating and urban cooling network for air conditioning.

The site's high environmental quality is confirmed by its HQE Bâtiment Durable (HEQ Sustainable Building) certificate which ranks it as Very Good. The waste generated by the site is fully recovered by the service provider Cèdre, and stood at 33 tons of waste recycled and recovered at end 2023.
