An Art Nouveau building at the heart of the Havre-Caumartin district
Built between 1911 and 1913 by the architects Henri Sauvage and Charles Sarazin, this iconic building was designed to house the offices, shops and workshops of Louis Majorelle, a famous furniture-maker and metalworker who was a major figure of the Nancy School and the Art Nouveau movement.
The building, with a total surface area of 2,353 sq.m., combines reinforced concrete and a metal structure. It consists of offices on the lower floors, apartments on the upper floors, and a commercial space on the ground floor.
A strategic and lively location
Ideally located near Paris' top department stores and the Havre-Caumartin station, the building is part of a vibrant area where shops, cultural venues and company head offices co-exist in harmony.
An ideal location in the central business district, 1 minute from Havre-Caumartin station.
