Mondo, a building designed as the new retail destination in the Paris CBD.
Open to the city, Mondo reinvents a magnificent 160 sq.m retail outlet at the foot of the building. This 31,000 sq. metre development was redeveloped in 2023 on rue de Courcelles, in collaboration with the renowned Béchu et Associés agency. In this mixed-use neighbourhood that's as opulent as it is pleasant to live in, we imagined this shop as a destination for the residents of the 17th arrondissement and the district's office users.
Newly refurbished retail premises of approx. 160 sq.m on the ground floor of an office building accommodating up to 2,700 employees/potential customers. High ceilings: 4.8 m.
In the heart of the 17th arrondissement of Paris: More than 150,000 inhabitants in the catchment area, 31% of whom are aged 20-39, 200,000 employees in the area, 35% of whom are CSP+ executives, average household income 2.2x higher than the national average.
11 metres.
A 1,000 sq.m foodhall adjoining the building will attract a new population to the catchment area from September 2024.
Possible uses for the commercial shell: cold catering, services, sport, health and soft mobility (no extraction possible in this business).
