History
The result of an original acquisition process with an already daring property swap, the 7 Madrid project has been pre-let to the world leader in coworking, WeWork, in 2020.

Ambition
In a post-Covid context, the aim was to metamorphose this former 19th-century Jesuit college into a central, dynamic workplace that would inspire people to return to the office and thrive there.

"When we have chosen 7 Madrid, we knew it would be the ideal place to network, to create a collaborative hub, a community".

A new co-imagined office experience

The transformation of 7 Madrid was the result of a partnership with WeWork, who decided to join us on this adventure. This exciting period of co-construction has enabled us to create a place where employees can feel that they belong to. An open-plan living space that supports, welcomes, brings people together and stimulates them. The building is now leased to Content Square and Convictions RH.

What made the difference :

  • Its user-centred design: from the outset, 7 Madrid has incorporated new services and spaces that promote collective intelligence and well-being.
  • Its environmental credentials: with 1,000 sq.m of green space, eco-materials and renewable energy production, 7 Madrid has been awarded the Biodiversity and NF HQ labels (building undergoing renovation, excellent passport).
  • Its connection to the city: thanks to its location in the heart of Paris and its open architecture, illustrated by its magnificent glass atrium on the roof, the building is perfectly integrated into its neighbourhood. It embodies a contemporary vision in dialogue with its historic age.

A place connected to people and the city

With its location in the heart of Paris and its open architecture, 7 Madrid blends perfectly into its neighbourhood. It embodies a contemporary vision in dialogue with its historic age.

The perfect combination for an exceptional working and living environment

25% of workspaces are dedicated to sharing and meetings.

A haven of fresh air

7 Madrid has been awarded the Biodiversity and NF HQE labels. We made this possible by retaining the existing structure and facades, choosing low-carbon materials, integrating a timber-frame extension, and installing photovoltaic panels.
